An Exceptional Pilates Experience. Delivering Clinical Pilates through Private and Semi-Private sessions, we aim to ensure each session leaves you feeling fantastic.
We focus on small group sessions predominantly to ensure access for all and maintaining an affordable rate. Sessions are a maximum of 4 people at a time, each person on their own exercise program that is constantly modified based on a persons specific needs on the day. Sessions range from $45-$40 depending on how often someone comes; or this goes up to $130-$110 for private sessions.
