Our hands on treatment is unique. It utilizes slow, deep hands on massage to effectively remove any knots, lumps, adhesions, dysfunction and tension within your muscles. You will literally feel your muscles 'melt' and release under our hands. We use firm but patient pressure to engage your muscle tissue.This means we apply enough pressure to engage your sore areas, but not so much to force you to brace, tense or fight us off. This allows us to slowly work through areas of dysfunction deep within the body, in areas most therapists haven't had the time or patience to get down into. Treatment is such a different experience that we don't like to use the word massage to describe it.
