Our experienced instructors can cater for any level from the absolute beginner, pre/post natal or to the more experienced Pilates client. reformer Pilates is a fun way to get a solid workout that is gentle on the joints so you can maintain consistent practice. After just a few sessions members often report less back pain, reduced stress, improved strength and better sleep.
