Movementality isn't a business, it's a mind set. We want you trying to move more often, more confidently, knowing that your physical health is the foundation for your mental and spiritual health.
We use Myotherapy and Remedial Massage, and our specialty services of Functional Neurology, and Somatic Movement Therapy to resolve tension and ease the body out of states of stress. Once more relaxed, we can then engage in our semi-private Pilates sessions to challenge your movement patterns and build strength and confidence in to your movement. Once you're feeling a million bucks, we transition you in to our Reformer Pilates sessions for general strength and flexibility work.
