Pacific Health & Wellbeing, an NDIS registered provider began operations at the Gold Coast in 2022. Offering occupational therapy and physiotherapy, our incredible team will work with you to ensure you are able to achieve your health goals. Our Gold Coast team of clinicians provide mobile appointments which can be taken at your home, school or a community space.

Pacific Health and Wellbeing is here to support people with disabilities to access quality and meaningful allied health therapy services to achieve their personal goals and aspirations. We are a registered NDIS provider, delivering holistic Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology services in your home, school or the wider community.

We know that navigating health and funding systems can be complicated, so we prioritise you and your therapy goals and take the hassle out of system processes.

Occupational Therapy:

Our Occupational Therapists (OTs) work with you to achieve what you need to do, what you are expected to do, and most importantly what you want to do.

Working with participants who may have physical disabilities, neurological disabilities or Mental health psychosocial conditions, our OTs can provide support for functional capacity assessments, assistive technology, home modifications and capacity building therapy. Our team applies a holistic approach for support, working with families and other stakeholders. Further to this, our multidisciplinary team including Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists often take a collaborative approach to assist in helping participants achieve goals such as being more independent with ADLs, being safer at home, and facilitating social and community engagement.

Paediatric Occupational Therapy
- Developmental and functional assessments
- Building independence with ADLs through:

> Sensory processing and modulation
> Emotional identification and development
> Routine and self-help skills
- Basic and complex assistive technology
- Home Modifications

Adult Occupational Therapy
- Capacity building and ADL therapy
- Functional capacity assessments and reporting
- Home and Living assessments and reporting, such as Independent Living Options (ILO), Supported Independent Living (SIL), and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
- Home environment training and home modifications (minor and complex)
