Before receiving instruction in the Pilates Method, every client undergoes an initial consultation where a pre exercise medical history is taken & any special needs are discussed.

A full postural and musculoskeletal assessment is done & each client is given individual instruction in a series of carefully selected Pilates Method exercises, within the parameters of the client's age, gender, body type, previous injuries or trauma & pre-existing conditions.

Exercises are based on a combination of mat, apparatus and equipment. All sessions are by appointment and client numbers are restricted so that each client is given individual attention.

All clients, especially those with special needs, are continually assessed during their sessions and progressed at their own level.

We offer specifically structured programs for pre & post natal rehabilitation, osteoporosis, arthritis, rehabilitation & remedial injury recovery or pain relief. There is no age limit; the Pilates Method is beneficial to almost everyone.


The studio operates over 4 terms, Clients must make appointments for all sessions and can begin anytime during a term.
