We are called Black Pearl Melbourne and we operate a food truck serving delicious bubble tea and boba ice cream.

We believe bubble tea is becoming more popular across all demographics, and our products work well in many different scenarios. People that are organising any events where food trucks would be suitable. Corporate parties that need catering, or engaged couples organising their wedding that want our special boba bar. Your guests can experience the bobarista life by mixing their own bubble tea.

We brew our tea fresh every day and offer non-dairy vegan alternatives. Our Bubble Tea menu is filled with popular favourites such as the Classic Pearl Milk Tea, and also unique flavours like our Signature Cinnamon Pearl Milk Tea. Our Boba Ice Cream is made of smooth, creamy soft serve sprinkled with bubble tea toppings.

Our most standout feature is the food truck itself. It features custom Japanese inspired artwork designed by James Josephides, a local artist who works with The National Gallery of Victoria and NASA in the US. We collaborated for months to curate the perfect look for our truck and believe it will gain significant attention. Our aim is to provide a cosy, intimate atmosphere you can share with your friends and family while sipping on a cup full of goodness.
