ATA offers two main services;
1. Feasibility Assessment
This is a report designed for those wishing to buy real estate. It contains a review of the council controls (LEP) and identifies a construction strategy. It will answer questions like - could I add an additional storey to this house? Is it possible to convert this into an additional bedroom? Which council regulations apply to this land?

This advice is invaluable when purchasing a house, and it can even be useful for those buying an apartment. The architect talks you through the process of renovating and can identify strategies to enhance your floor plan to get more out of the space. Property investors and buyers agents use this tool to make better decisions and test the feasibility of ideas. It really is a necessary part of due diligence when buying a home.

2. Sketch Plan
This is a floor plan and interior design layout for your space. We identify around 8 different configurations for the floor plan to determine how it can be made to be more efficient and beautiful.
