Hi, I'm Nina. I'm a trauma-informed relational psychotherapist specialising in addiction, relationships, and trauma. I provide a safe place to explore what lies beneath the symptoms you are struggling with.

I am a Sydney-based Registered Psychotherapist working in private practice with individuals, couples, and groups. I support clients in healing from addictions, eating disorders, developmental trauma, mood disorders, and relationship issues. I love my work and believe that true and lasting change is possible. I am a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and have been working as a Psychotherapist and counsellor in Sydney since 2016. I am also a group facilitator and currently run a Women's Relationships Group at South Pacific Private.

I offer both in-person sessions at Kings Cross, Sydney, as well as the convenience of Telehealth, ensuring that you can access the support you need in a way that suits your lifestyle and preferences.
