Why Weapons of Mass Creation? Because I love seeing people’s eyes bright and clear when they are being themselves, connected and aligned with the rest of life. We can only shine when we realise our true nature as a connected being.
I offer workshop facilitation as well as consultation on longer change initiatives where stakeholder input and involvement needs to be woven into the lifespan of a project. With a background in infrastructure, NFPs, Government departments and trading enterprises and roles in stakeholder and community engagement, I can easily adapt to various audiences (people are just people at the end of the day!).
The philosophy behind Weapons of Mass Creation is that everyone has the potential to contribute in a positive, meaningful and effective way. The inner condition of those creating interventions has great influence over the outcome. As such, deep, transformative learning experiences are offered.
