Kelly Brown is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA), a Pat Miller Certified Trainer (PMCT1 - Distinction), has completed the National Dog Training Federation Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training, and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

The Waggle Tails approach is based upon progressive force-free training methods; the business was established on the principles of 'Learn, Love, Play'.
