Office/admin : 11am - 4pm Monday to Friday
Lessons : 11am - 8pm Monday to Thursday
Instrument tuition includes:
-Guitar, Bass, Drums & Keyboard lessons
Music Education Programs:
- Music Appreciation - Music Development - Advanced Music Development
GENERAL LESSON PRICING:
Studio (Newborough): $20 for 20 minutes/$25 for 30 minutes; one on one with your teacher
Mobile: starting from $22.50 per 20 minutes (prices will vary depending on actual location and time-slot)

Budding Musician is a small family business owned and operated by Darren North. Darren grew up locally and started on his musical journey right here in the Latrobe Valley, and after a musical path that has taken him interstate and international, Darren is delighted to offer you that same learning opportunity through Budding Musician! All in the comfort of your own home or school, or here in the Budding Musician studio in Newborough!
Darren has more than 25 years experience in the music industry; as a student, musician, performer, songwriter, sound engineer, guitar technician and teacher.
Darren holds a working with children card, and has a Bachelor of Contemporary Music Degree and a Certificate IV in audio engineering.
It's the perfect blend of these higher education qualifications, which provide the essential comprehensive knowledge and understanding of music, combined with the decades of hands on experience of playing, performing, writing, recording, learning and teaching music, that allows Darren to truly get the best out of his students and his lessons!....
