Apprenticeship & Traineeship Employment Partners (ATEP) is a "not for profit" community based organisation proudly in operation since 1987.

ATEP employs apprentices and trainees, placing them with the most suitable 'Host Employer' on a lease basis, for all, or part, of the Contract of Training period.

We recruit, employ and induct apprentices and trainees, then place them within businesses across Melbourne and Mornington.

At ATEP we take care of everything; from the weekly payment of wages, allowances, taxes, superannuation and workers compensation, to TAFE enrolments, personal protective equipment, ongoing performance management, OH&S assistance and coordination of performance management procedures.
