OKUKAN dojo is a traditionalist mainstream karate school that proudly follows the global style guidelines provided by Shitokai. OKUKAN maintains formal relationships with Master Genzo Iwata and Master Shoko Sato. Sensei Sandra Contreras was DOJO assistant to the President of the Pan-American Shitoryu Karate Federation, Master Shoko Sato in the early 90's. She was an unbeatable champion in her early 20's, and is an inspired, dedicated karate teacher.

Kindy Karate is a martial arts program taught by Sensei Sandra, and is designed especially for young kids aged 4-6 years old.

Kids will learn genuine Japanese karate while also having fun!

Sensei Sandra is a multiple medalist, a former elite athlete and a Referee and National Judge for the AKF. Children in our Kindy Karate program have the opportunity to learn quality karate from a very young age and to be inspired by Sensei Sandra's love of karate!

Team Carlo Taekwondo specialise in kids martial arts. We facilitate age-based taekwondo programs for kids aged 4-9 years of age.
