Little Ninjas Karate (4-6yrs)
At this young age classes are designed to teach the fundamentals of movement, coordination, self control and focus through fun activities and consistent practice of specific karate stances, kicks, punches and blocks. We also introduce them to various self defence techniques and philosophies. This is a great introduction to the Karate Kids Syllabus.

Karate Kids (7-12 yrs)
At this age students further develop their self confidence through challenging themselves to achieve personal bests in a variety of physical and technical situations. We aim to increase their skill in a number of more complex karate kicks and techniques and set high expectations in terms of their performance. Classes are separated according to age and students begin to learn kata and kumite techniques as well as more advanced self defence skills.

Teen and Adult Karate (13+ yrs)
As we work through the grading syllabus we continue to challenge students to achieve their best. As well as extending students abilities through more advanced kata and kumite skills, we also ensure that they are living up to the expectations expected of them both within and outside of the dojo. We focus not only on the physical improvement but also on the development of their character.

EMA BOXING
If you want to learn correct boxing technique, learn to protect yourself and get fighting fit in the process, then give EMA Boxing classes a go. For those who wish to take their training a little further we also offer supervised sparring sessions where you can learn to spar in a controlled and positive environment.
