Annette and Graeme have 20 years+ experience with couples, and have a relaxing, honest and open manner.
We are trained in psychology, psychotherapy (gestalt), counselling, coaching, sexuality, breathwork, mindfulness and have a trauma informed somatic approach.
It's the somatics that really make the difference and really helps breaks through years of resistance and unconscious patterning
with heartfelt compassion and acceptance.
