Join us for beautiful chanting meditation, a guided meditation, an inspiring talk on the timeless wisdom of Bhakti yoga and a fantastic vegetarian feast.

The chanting of sacred mantras can transport you to a place of peace and harmony and reawaken your spiritual consciousness. The guided meditation enables you to see how the mind works and how to develop more clarity and wisdom. This is the perfect time to inquire about spiritual topics, make new friends and cultivate your spiritual garden.

hatha yoga - evenings

These classes feature asanas/stretches, breath-work, mantra yoga and yoga nidra deep peace meditation.
The session will relieve tension from the body and quieten the mind, leaving you feeling alive and with a sense of peace and inner calm.

Tuesday morning hatha Yoga

Thursday morning hatha yoga
7.15 - 8.15am

This class features flowing and strengthening stretches to get energy and circulation moving. It includes breathwork and meditation to quieten the mind and full body relaxation, leaving you with a sense of inner peace and calm.
