I called up to discuss a workplace dispute between 2 of my team members. It was a messy situation and I honestly thought it would escalate to the courts. The matter was resolved within 2 weeks and the 2 team members have been working well together since (about a month ago now). The manager Linda was very helpful and ensured that we all had the required information going into mediation. The mediator was obviously legally trained which I think really added value to the outcome and the process. The mediator was able to get the team members to understand the others perspective and document a plan for them to work together moving forward. Thanks Shaw. Good work - DJ
