Basic Pricing structure is $59 flat fee per hour for Home Users and $99 flat fee per hour for Business. No Call-out fee is charged as Support is provided through the use of Secure Remote Support Software. Home Users are required to pay upfront via PayPal.Me/RemoteIT after a free remote consultation or evaluation of the issue or request, if support is to be provided. Businesses are invoiced after Support is provided.
HOME USER SUPPORT includes but not limited to:
Software Installation or Issues, Printing Issues or Set-ups, Virus and Malware removal, Recommendations on Anti-virus and Anti-malware solutions, PC Maintenance and Performance. Internet related Issues. General Assistance, etc.
BUSINESS SUPPORT includes but not limited to:
Remote Monitoring and Management of entire network of PC's. This will be like having your own IT department without the expense of paying for full-time IT staff. Servers are maintained by a Network Operating Centre with 24/7 support. Automatic alerts are generated and issues resolved quite often before you even know anything happened. The Remote Monitoring and Management Agent provides proactive maintenance and regular monitoring on each PC to ensures that all PC's are kept up to date, wiped clean from unnecessary temporary and junk files filling up valuable disk space, resulting in an increase of performance and kept free from Viruses and Malware, all included in the cost. Typically the Ongoing Monthly cost with no locked in Contract is $250 per month for up to 10 PC's and one server. Additional PC's are charged at $10 per PC per month and $40 per Server per month. A Quote for less than 10 PC's can be provided on request. A bundle including On-Demand Remote Support is also available on request.
