A dance class Reynella is simply as it says - a class in which you can learn to dance! The types of dance classes are varied - from swing, jazz, waltz, salsa, ballet to disco just to name a few.
There are many reasons to join a dance class. Firstly, it gets you moving and we know that exercise is great for our physical and mental health. It is also a great way to meet new people and socialise. It is also a great way to keep your mind active as you utilise your brain to master the moves. Last but not least, it is fun!
Even if you live in a small town there is likely to be a dance class in your town or region. Many towns offer ballet classes for children, which can be great for providing activities for your children. Guides such as Local business Guide, newspapers or sometimes posters within your local community will help you find out what is available in your local region.
The cost of dance classes vary. For very specialised small dancing groups it may cost approximately $50, however there are some dancing groups which may only cost you a small donation to cover costs.
Most dance studios have a number of classes ranging from beginner to advanced levels. This means that if you do have previous experience with a particular kind of dance then you can take part in a class which is tailored to your level of skill.
