Esteem therapy believes in collaboration, not instruction. We know that everybody is different and so we work with you to help you learn to be who you want to be, not who others think you should be. We help you grow the resilience to be yourself. We do this through play and movement based therapy, family and school based coaching.

Jaimee is warm, patient, empathetic and fun. While being trained in all areas of Occupational Therapy, her primary interests are in paedeatric neurodivergence, physical and emotional difficulties. Jaimee studied and qualified in New Zealand, resulting in a holistic client centred approach to intervention, she brings this attitude with her to all her client engagements. Jaimee is a strong believer in letting her clients tell her what they need and working with them to achieve that. Jaimee believes it is important to work with the whole family to understand and interpet the meaning behind a child's behaviours.
Collaboration is key - therapists, parents and children are all a team to support the child in their well being.
