Duncan and Anne Swinton formed All Turf Solutions in 2000 with a small boutique turf farm at Tamborine. Previous greenkeeping rolls helped gain a wealth of knowledge which has also been valuable with their sister company Sports Turf Operations. Around 4 years ago the decision was made to expand the turf growing operation to Anne's family farm at Rathdowney. The Downes property has been in the family since 1895 and has seen many different crops over the years. The original homestead still stands and was made with hand cut timber from the property. It is situated on the Logan River looking up at the beautiful Scenic Rim mountains.
