For one-on-one or group training, you'll need comfortable activewear and a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you're doing a mobile training session at home or a specific location, let us know if you have any available fitness equipment (e.g., dumbbells or resistance bands), though our trainers can bring their own equipment if necessary.
