I pride myself on these "no-bullshit" strengths as I have witnessed how my support has been imperative in assisting women navigating out of coercive or abusive situations in life, relationship and birthing spaces. As well as it being a protective element, it is also a permission piece. As humans we naturally mirror others that we see qualities in, that we are wanting to cultivate or strengthen

When other women around you are empowered, liberated and take charge of their life, it encourages you to do the same. Full permission to be and do you babe! We sharpen each other's swords and straighten each other's Crowns. It all begins with who you keep company with.

I am an EPIC and deep space holder as I have cultivated exceptional communication skills and the depths of holding myself through some hairy times.

These communication skills have been learnt and demonstrated as an IMPERATIVE piece in my time working as a mental health nurse for young adults requiring acute care following drug overdose or psychosis. My knowledge in the medical system as a Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (now unregistered) and Student Midwife, as well as my certifications in Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) have also sharpened my tools of being an exceptional communicator, therapist and space holder.
