Yes :), that's us. We ran classes at Hyde Park muscle and fitness gym, Currajong Traffic Training Centre, Alligator Creek Bowls Club, KIRWAN State High School, The Martial Art Centre on Bamford Lane and are now located in Downtown Thuringowa Central at the CKD Building 741 Riverway Drive

Yes, we have such an extensive selection of class groups that it is easy for family to train together and the extensive selection of classes keeps our class sizes small

Yes we have been doing that extensively throughout Townsville for the last 28 years you can check out a small selection on our Facebook Community photo album. We have done for business, the military, High School Phys Ed, community groups and too many others to list here

Did you need to close due to COVID in 2020
No, we continued teaching and training all the way through 2020, we improved the facilities and our methods to continue providing martial art training for our members. An outdoor training area was established, new equipment purchased, new drills and methods developed, we did PT sessions and provided live streaming classes for our members as well as releasing an extensive online student app with instruction videos & curriculum and class session videos / document library
