Qualifications/Experience:

- Cert 3 in Gym Instruction
- Cert 4 in Personal Training
- Master Trainer Certification (from Australian Institute of Fitness)
- Senior First Aid and CPR
- Appropriate Insurance
- 9 years experience as an Army medic (with deployments to Iraq)
- 5 years experience as an Advanced Care Paramedic with QLD Ambulance
- Amateur Powerlifter
- 5 years Karate (3rd Kyu Sudanakan Karate-do)

I will tailor your training program to YOUR goals and needs - no "one size fits all" programs with Blocky. I will push you to achieve your full potential while still having fun.

I have a range of equipment to use, including:

- Barbells & dumbbells
- Kettlebells
- Medicine Balls & Sandbags
- Boxing equipment
