Fitness Personally, based in the Eastern Suburbs and the Sutherland Shire in Sydney, is a service that caters for you as an individual. Our training, involves a full personalised programme including nutrition advice to suit your individual needs.

The incorporation of weights, boxing, cardio vascular exercise and close monitoring of your diet, with progress which is guaranteed to bring you results

Our sessions are conducted by highly qualified trainers and are held in house, outdoors or in the privacy of your own home. We are a small organisation with a small home gym that will only fit one session at a time so privacy and focus are assured.

No matter what your age or level, we will design a programme to ensure you remain on track with your goals and achieve a higher level of health and fitness.

Fitness Personally will provide a first time consultation and full nutritional guidelines to take home. This service is entirely FREE with no obligation to continue.

We want you to be both comfortable with our trainers, and committed to achieving your goals. In return, we have a 100% obligation to facilitating you in making your goals a reality.

About our Instructors:

Our Instructors are Qualified Female Personal Trainers and Fitness instructors with over 10 years experience in all areas of fitness

Our qualifications include the following:

* Diploma in Exercise Science and Fitness Management;

* Certificate IV in fitness

* Certification in: Aqua Instruction, Performance Nutrition, Yoga Instruction, Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Specialist Programming, Punch Pad and Kick Pad Instruction, Core Stability.


We strive for optimum results which requires our own ongoing continuing education.Our team leaders have worked across Sydney in various capacities over the past decade, having taught children, stay at home mums, the elderly and executive level. We are motivated, committed and demand the highest level of professionalism and dedication from our trainers.
