Beam provides psychology and wellbeing services and support to children, adolescents and families. Our team of dedicated practitioners provide services such as counselling, assessment, therapy, consultation and training. We have extensive experience in supporting problems children and adolescents are facing including anxiety, depression, autism, intellectual and learning difficulties, peer pressure and bullying, stress, drug and alcohol misuse, trauma, aggression, social relationships, family conflict and challenging behaviours. We are also NDIS registered and provide services to NDIS participants with an intellectual or mental health disability or impairment.
Beam commenced service in July 2016, through a longstanding passion for supporting children and young people with mental health and psychological challenges. We are based in Cardiff and Canberra, providing services to those situated in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Australian Capital Territory. Our fundamental purpose is that we believe all children and young people should be able to live a bright life and achieve this through high quality psychological and therapeutic supports, shining the light on the wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people, enabling them to be everything they can be.
Our practice is designed in a way that is engaging and comfortable for children, youth and families. Options for bulk billing may be available.
