A housecleaner will do the jobs you ask them to. These can include cleaning your windows, kitchen, mopping the floors, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting and even cleaning your oven.
You need to have a conversation about what you would like done and what your expectations are. By having this discussion you can see if you and the cleaner are both on the same page and that your expectations are reasonable.
This is no problem, it may take some time for your cleaner to get on top of the job. If you have personal belongings scattered everywhere the cleaner may be able to clean around the items, ideally you can place these into piles to give the cleaner more surfaces to clean.
Unless the cleaner happens to be a team of ninjas, then you're probably going to need to be a little more realistic with your job list!
