Dianne's passion for hair dressing was ignited at the age of 10 when her mother took her for her first salon updo in preparation for her ballet recital. She says, "I fell in love with the ambiance, the beautiful salon girls, the smells, the décor and I knew this is what she wanted to do for a career. After much arguing with my mother, who wanted me to be a lawyer, I left school and became a salon junior at 16." The rest, they say is history. With now over 40 years hair dressing and beauty salon experience under her belt, there is not much Dianne hasn't seen, done or fixed. Dianne describes herself as an expert at body waves, perms and correcting colour mistakes. She has also developed, the nickname, 'The Blow Dry Queen.'
Olivia was infected by her mother's passion and developed her gift for hair dressing by observing and helping her mother after school as a youngster, much as Lily, Olivia's daughter does now. It was a natural progression for Olivia to study Hair Dressing and Beauty and become a salon owner along with her mother. Olivia developed an interest in cosmetic tattooing and took the extra step of completing a course in this beauty therapy. Olivia specialises in colour, balayage, foils and concave cuts.
As the salon junior, Jessie has a natural love of and talent for hair styling. She specialises in braids, curls, young upstyles, is a whiz at a smooth blow dry and has developed a reputation for her wonderful scalp massages.
