Waterproofing
- Generally, we would inspect an area where water ingress is reported to areas adjacent/below then we would provide our initial findings in a site inspection report. Following this we would develop specifications describing methodologies and materials required to repair the issue, then we would conduct the tender process on behalf of the OC and finally project manage/superintend the repair works.

Defect Reports
- There are two forms of defect reports we conduct which can be grouped as either litigation compliant or non-litigation compliant defect reports. Litigation compliant defect reports are used by the Owners Corporation (OC) to pursue the developer/builder in NCAT/Supreme court within the defect liability period (2 years for minor defects and 6 years for major defects). We also represent the OC as their expert witness in court proceedings if required. Non litigation defect reports are generally conducted when the OC has decided that the building has not been maintained for a prolonged period and they would like to identify all the building deficiencies which will assist in the formation of a scope to conduct all repair works


Project Management
- Please note that we do not carry out the physical works for the services listed on our website rather we recommend a repair method in compliance with relevant Australian Standards/legislation and then oversee the principal contractor to ensure suitable contract administration quality control. Meaning that the extent of our scope for services found on our website such as balcony repairs, balustrade replacement is same as the process indicated in the waterproofing item.
