Home Caring Sutherland's care team is led by Harry Sigdel, a disability and aged care professional with years of experience providing services in the community. After leaving behind a career in retail management, Harry worked as a support worker, helping people in the community live independently in their own homes. Driven by a passion for supporting others with excellent care, Hari continued his career in the care industry by becoming a NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner, and gaining specialised skills to support people with mental health issues, dementia and other complex care needs.
