We teach MFT (Maiolo Freestyle tae kwon do), which is a unique powerful and practical Martial Art based on relaxed free flowing natural body movements to create power and speed, with the focus on improving our health, fitness and self-defence, with no competition pressure.

You will learn;

Combinations - Sparring - Close Range - Grappling/Jiu jitsu - Mitt Work - Bag Work - Restraints and Locks and much much more...

The program is reflected through our 9 coloured belt system, which takes you from White to Black Belt. Students will be invited to grade from the Head Instructor when they have attended enough classes and display the appropriate skill level and attitude for that belt. Tip Testing is a grading technique we use to motivate and reward students for reaching milestones in between belt gradings. 'Tip Testing' is carried out every 6 weeks, and students must complete a minimum of 12 classes before they can be tested.

Also, we have our 'Attack Demo Team', where you can perform Live and show your skills with your fellow students to the public. It's alot of fun and you'll love it!
