A no steps dance practice available to any age, ability or fitness level. Great exercise for mind, body and soul. Helps with depression, anxiety, pain and suffering. Ignites a sense of connection, community and wellbeing.
So excited to be offering this transformational practice in lovely Bellingen every 1st and 3rd Friday and Boambee east every 2nd and 4th Monday. If you haven't got around to moving your self with us yet and are wondering whether OR not this is for you then ask yourself the following questions:
Do you feel like you don't have enough time or energy for yourself? Are you often running on empty, giving to others before your self? Do you feel bored with the status quo? Are you craving newness, freedom, connection, creativity? Do you get stuck in your head or feel overwhelmed with life?
Do you feel disconnected from your self and/or your body? Disconnected from your partner and/ or community?

The class goes for two hours and the aim is to start to unravel the old stories that we, or someone else has told us, healing the wounds and beliefs that have kept us in a place of suffering, disconnection or stagnation and begin to trust our bodies inherent wisdom again. Everyone has a right to live a joyful, playful and nourishing life, where everyone's unique talents and gifts are celebrated, expressed and nurtured.
This movement medicine is so powerfully potent that in one class the way you look at the world and where you see yourself in it can shift so dramatically things will never be the same again.
The cool thing is you don't need any dance expertise to do this. Anyone of any age, gender or level of fitness can have a transformational experience and, if you are on the road to awakening, this is the perfect place to be.
We meet every first and third Friday of the month, (with the exception of AUGUST when we meet on the 1st and fifth Friday of the month)6-8pm at Bellingen Showground Hall
Boambee class begins on monday 29th July 6-8pm
