Morag has been practicing yoga for 25 years. She was drawn in particular to a style of yoga called "Dru Yoga "when she was juggling a high-stressful corporate career with motherhood. Yoga had such a positive effect on her life, health and relationships, that she wanted to share the benefits with her friends, family and work colleagues and in 2006 she trained as a Dru Yoga Instructor. She has gone on to undertaken post graduate studies in Dru Meditation, Yoga for Kids and Teens, Yoga therapy for Back Care, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and Rieke.
As a qualified and certified Life Coach, Morag works with individuals and groups to optimise their heath, presence, life purpose and leadership potential.

Bikram is a type of hot yoga which is practiced in a heated room where you will go through a series of 26 different poses. It was developed around 30 years ago by Bikram Choudhury.
Vinyasa is a class where you will proceed through a series of poses in a smooth transition aiming to link the movements through breath as it is performed.
Hatha is a fairly general term used to describe yoga that teaches physical poses. Often a good class to attend as an introduction to yoga.
