The Mobile Joint is a physiotherapy service which understands that getting to a clinic can be difficult. So we provide physiotherapy treatment in the convenience of your own home, catering to a range of neurological and musculoskeletal conditions
Recently moving into the area we are looking to begin a rapport with local businesses to better service the community. The business provides services at people's home as we understand that sometimes getting to a clinic is difficult or impossible to do. So, we bring the clinic to clients.
I have found in the past that engaging with the clients at home is, at times, the first step to get them back and engaging in the community life. I am able to see clients covered by; Department of Veteran Affairs, private health insurance, Enhanced Primary Care Packages, Worker's Compensation, CTP 3rd Party claims. The business is NOT NDIS registered, however I have an interest in neurological and clients with disabilities and have worked with self managed NDIS clientele.

A physiotherapist can help with a wide range of health problems. They can help with musculoskeletal problems and conditions by assessing the body and working out a treatment plan and exercises.
To become a physiotherapist you must go to university and complete a relevant degree in physiotherapy once the degree is completed you will then need to complete supervised practice.
You should wear comfortable loose clothing that allows you to display any issues you may have so that they can be diagnosed correctly.
You will often be given a range of exercises to complete before you return and it is important to make sure you complete these exercises to enable you to have the best chance at making a full recovery.
Treatment is best if it begins sooner rather than later. Getting on top of a small problem can prevent it becoming a large one.
