We are licensed to treat clients with a Mental Health Care Plan, Worker's Compensation, Employee Assistance Program, Employers Mutual Limited, Icare, National Disability Insurance Scheme, Department of Veteran Affairs, as well as clients who need couples counselling, family intervention, workshops, corporate services, and AHPRA board approved supervision for clinical and general registrar programs. In our practice, it is always about the client and our focus is upon ensuring that any treatment is customised to suit the client in a collaborative and empathetic-centred approach. We aim to promote functional, psychological, and social independence for the client within all aspects of their life.

We provide individually tailored treatments based upon the client's needs and utilise various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gottman Method Relationship Therapy, and Schema Therapy.
