The Darling includes four different types of luxury hotel rooms in Sydney including the five two-bedrooom Penthouse suites, nine Stellar rooms, eight Adored suites, and 35 Jewel rooms. This is in addition to the 114 Darling Rooms which offer 35m2 of pure indulgence and and include all the distinctive features of The Darling Hotel and Spa, including a custom Darling bed, rain showerhead, double sink, separate WC and Molten Brown amenities.
Sokyo is a Japanese Fusion Restaurant in Sydney is headed up by Chef Chase Kojima with an impeccable of his impeccable fusion of East meets West. The culinary master blends traditional techniques with an innovative take on contemporary flavour playing tribute to local food producers. Indulge on delectable signature dishes such as Binchotan Grilled Castricum Lamb Chops, Maple Miso, or Tuna Sashimi with Plum Wine Jelly.
