Strive to Thrive Therapy provides mobile, community-based Occupational Therapy for adults across Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan and Redlands. We support people living with physical, intellectual or psychosocial challenges to build confidence, develop daily living skills and live more independently. Our services include Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology, Home Modifications and ongoing OT therapy.

Strive to Thrive Therapy is a mobile Occupational Therapy service supporting adults across Greater Brisbane, including Ipswich, Logan and Redlands. We help people build confidence, independence and meaningful daily routines through in-home, person-centred care.

Our team works with individuals living with physical, intellectual or psychosocial disabilities. We offer Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology recommendations, Home Modification assessments, ADL and skill development programs, mobility equipment prescription and ongoing therapy.

We collaborate closely with NDIS participants, families, support coordinators and allied health teams to provide clear communication, timely reports and practical supports that make a real difference. Our goal is simple: to help each person thrive in their own environment with the right tools, skills and support.
