Caroline is an experienced, compassionate therapist who brings a depth of life experience to her counselling practice as well as knowledge and skills to help clients find relief from distressing emotions, understand unconscious patterns and bring about positive change. Client-centred, evidence-based models of therapy are integrated to suit client needs. These include Psychodynamic, Narrative, Transactional Analysis, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Existential and Creative Therapies. Caroline works with adults who might be experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, addictions or relationship problems, or who feel that areas of their lives are unmanageable and emotionally overwhelming. Therapy is a collaborative process and Caroline works together with her clients on what they feel is most important in their life. Clients may want just a few sessions to gain clarity on a particular problem or more support to help them make major changes in the way they manage themselves and their relationships.
