He expanded his operations by opening a large sawmill on Strickland Street before venturing into home building. Ron founded Ausden + Prosser Builders, which later became Prosser Homes. The Prosser family has a strong connection to the South West region spanning more than 80 years.

Building on this Foundation, Steve Prosser proudly continued his father's legacy. He grew the respected Prosser brand, specializing in "off the plan" home construction. Eventually, Steve transitioned to R+M Prosser + Son and expanded into commercial development.

Embracing Modern Innovation, Dave Prosser represents the third generation of builders in the family. From a young age, he assisted his father at building sites and the joinery workshop. Dave obtained his Trade Certificate in Carpentry and Joinery, as well as his Builders' License and Registration. Today, Prosser Built Homes is a boutique design and construct company serving the South West region. Dave is committed to crafting exceptional homes that stand out.
