My name is Lucy and I am the owner of Healing Herbs and Teas. I have always had a passion for healing, spirituality, health, and natural remedies to assist me and my family to achieve better health and wellbeing. After having a Spiritual Awakening not long after my twins were born I descended into chaos internally and my life fell apart.

For two years I was broken and deeply searching for the meaning of life, my higher purpose for being here and a breaking apart happened that was so profound it changed me forever. Through this journey of self discovery I was seeking information, researching, doing the liquid crystals, breathwork, meditation, awakening the heart courses and learning all about how the body, mind and spirit are all connected. I would sing and cry when my kids were not there, to move the pain that was lodged in my soul for lifetimes. For anyone who has been through this type of awakening experience its is so intense and often its only in hindsight when you look back that you can see the bigger plan for it happening. Often we need to break those parts of ourselves that no longer serve us. We need to see the unhealed traumas and face it head on in order to rise into higher consciousness.

I became a Liquid Crystals practioner, studied Reiki, studied and experienced bio-resonance therapies like the Healy, AO Scanner, Sensitive- imago and Itera-care Terahertz frequency devices, I always loved crystals and the healing power of them. I enjoyed detoxing in Infrared saunas and went on health retreats to learn how to heal naturally. Herbal Teas have always been such a pleasure in my life, they add warmth, hydration, joy and presence into my life. The natural way is nourishing and supportive.
