She's Tough & She Gets Results

When I met Penny I was in my 50's and fat. I'm turning 60 in 2023 and I'm sexy! I've worked out for many years in traditional gyms and my home gym. I opened a business 5 years ago and stacked on the weight because I stopped making time for me. When I was told about Penny's training by a client, I wanted to know more. I went for my assessment and signed up straight away. Penny has helped me uncover my muscle memory under my layers of fat - which are now completely gone by the way. She's always encouraging me and uplifting me and telling me how lean I am now and how she "checks out my muscles" when I'm working out. I love the circuits she creates. She is so disciplined herself and has over 15 years of experience. I know I can trust Penny with my health & wellness goals, the reshaping of my body and the toning & defining of my shape. I am so grateful to Penny. She's tough and I know she'll kick my butt if I slack off. You know what? I wouldn't have it any other way. She is my accountability partner. She lifts me up and encourages me to continue my pursuit of 60 and sexy. She's not afraid to praise when there's a reason and she's not afraid to kick butt when it's required. I know I am exercising safely because she's there to observe and guide the proper use of her equipment. She has a wicked sense of humour and we all know she really cares about us getting results. She's tough on the outside and kind and soft on the inside (but don't tell her I told you that lol). I highly recommend Penny as a Personal trainer. She's so experienced and you will see, she'll help you meet your own personal health and fitness goals whatever that might be, whether like me; you have strong muscle memory lying dormant under fat lol or whether you're a complete beginner. You will be safe under Penny's guidance and care. She will work with you to meet your unique goals. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I promise you. I'm living proof of her results.
