Vanessa Kredler is a specialist counsellor and psychotherapist with a deep focus on food addiction recovery. Drawing from her own lived experience of food addiction and complex trauma, Vanessa brings genuine understanding and compassion to her work. She helps individuals struggling with compulsive eating, binge eating, emotional eating, and ultra processed food dependence, supporting clients to find freedom from obsession and shame around food. Vanessa is a certified Food Addiction Counsellor and trained psychotherapist who offers a trauma informed approach.
