At Serene Valley Holistic Therapies, we embrace the idea of interconnectedness between the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual realms of our lives found in Reiki, crystal therapy, energy frequencies and sound healing.

I am a certified Master Holistic Counsellor, a Reiki Master, an accomplished Master Crystal Practitioner, and a Certified Crystal Body Work Practitioner. I am also a qualified Yoga Teacher, devoted to nurturing holistic well-being in all our clients.

Located in the beautiful surrounds of tropical plant and birdlife, we practice in a Balinese hut. We have created this space to invite in natures elements. Far too much time is spent inside four walls, with artificial lighting and air-conditioning systems. Serene Valley Holistic Therapies specialises in first-class holistic treatments. Our aim is to nurture and relax you with individualised and innovative therapeutic techniques. We lovingly hold space for you to allow the healing to occur so that you may enjoy a pleasant experience for all of your senses.

You may select individual therapies as a standalone session such as Holistic Counselling, Usui Reiki, Advanced Crystal Bodywork and sound healing. Or I welcome you to choose a combination my unique style of holistic counselling with a range of energy therapy modalities to support your progress. Whichever methods you choose to use, it is all about supporting the focus on you, as an individual in your entirety. We will work together to achieve your personal health and wellbeing goals, by means of holistic, non-invasive, vibrational energy-based systems of healing.
