My name is Christopher Michaels. I was born in the late 1950's and I am a counsellor, a consultant and a spiritual teacher. My life has not travelled a straight line, as the flow of destiny took me on a winding and soul enriching path that I did not expect. My education was interrupted by family troubles so I was just turning forty when I got my BA in Media Studies, majoring in writing, with a Masters in Creative Writing following in 2015. I'm currently studying Fine Arts and, as we all are, studying life as I experience it.

Throughout my teenage years, even though I did not know what I was doing, I knew that I was fascinated by who we are as humans, how the world works, and how we become the individuals that we are. Ultimately, I followed my curiosity and intuition, which I now realise teaches you infinitely more than any other life experience.
During the two decades between leaving school and getting my academic qualification, I grew as a person as I underwent a spiritual adventure. My life took me through a personal path of psychotherapy (including Reichian, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, hypnotic trance and traditional talk therapies based on Jung to name a few) where I learned to cope with the consequences of bad habits and bad thinking, as well as emotional issues arising from a less than happy childhood. This journey brought apprenticeships, and workshops at Buddhist, Taoist, Yoga and Tantric practices where I got to experience practices and rituals. There was also martial arts, dance and creative arts spanning drawing, talking and writing. All of which I continue to grow in. As a student of life, I am driven by sharing the lessons of my years with you, to help you achieve the confidence, charisma and character that will propel you towards success."
