We are located in the suburb of Black Hill which is a short distance from the Ballarat CBD. We provide therapeutic counselling services to the Ballarat district and surrounding areas. Our practice is situated in a quite and private area in Ballarat so your anonymity and privacy is protected. Our counselling environment is safe, comfortable and conducive to therapeutic engagement. Inner Reflections provides evidence based therapeutic approaches that are applied to assist our clients in developing insight and acceptance around the issues that are causing difficult, challenging thoughts, and feelings in their lives. Our approach focuses on the whole individual and stresses concepts such as freewill, self-efficacy and actualisation. We work on the strengths of the individual and their natural ability to eventually be able to develop their own solutions to their issues.
