Pro-Check Building Services offers a quick way to organise your pre-purchase building and pest/termite inspections Brisbane greater areas.
We will organise the Building inspections with the required inspectors and the real estate agents for you and email you the mandatory building agreement with all the details for your inspections.
Pro-Check Building Services offer detailed pre-purchase, New homes defects, Special purpose,Defects inspections(pre-sale).
The reports will include some photo's of major defects, safety issues and minor defects and be emailed the next working day usually by 7am.
Pro-Check Building Services will book your pest/termite inspection with one of the preferred licensed termite companies and if required can organise an electrical, plumbing, pool and pump and pool fence safety inspection preferably to take place at the same time.
You are most welcome on site. The average inspection takes around an hour on site for both the building and pest inspectors, sometimes more time is required.
