I am a Massage Therapist, Teacher and Holistic Alternative Therapist and Healer, with a focus on women's health, that of body, mind and spirit.
I am very passionate about life, living, health, wellbeing of body, mind and spirit, ongoing learning and evolution and the knowing that in order to do better, we need to feel better. I believe that dis-ease and ill health are due to imbalances within our body, mind and spirit and that our natural state is to be in balance and excellent health - to that end, the restoration of balance, I direct a great deal of energy and focus.
I believe emphatically, that we are here to live and learn through health and joy - that we don't have to suffer in order to learn - to live our best life in health and balance.
