New Moves Wellness is a Sydney-based program of online fitness classes for mature women. These exclusive classes have limited spaces to provide customised attention and satisfaction, tailored to your needs as a mature woman. Gathering women from the North Shore, the Northern Beaches, Eastern suburbs, Blue Mountains and Southern Highlands New Moves is a welcoming community of women who dance for fitness in the privacy of their own homes in classes that address the goals and challenges of midlife and older women. New Moves Wellness offers online movement and fitness classes for mature women. These exclusive classes offer personalised attention and address the physical and emotional challenges that ageing presents.
Have fun while getting fitter. These classes are full of laughter and music. You can work at your own pace, knowing that you are being taught by someone who understands the mature female body and who has spent decades teaching movement at the highest levels.
I'm Dr Pauline Manley and I look after your body as if it were my own. I love teaching older women because we share so much and are at a stage in out lives where we know what we want: exercise that is effective but not grueling.
Come and join other women who have experienced profound changes since re-introducing dance into their lives: improvements in arthritis and other pain, incontinence, core strength, general strength, balance, flexibility, confidence.
We are a community too, where we share our achievements and seek solutions for our problems. As a qualified life coach, I also offer one-on-one consultations to help you personally deal with life's issues.
